Shipping policy

All orders placed on our Platform are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. We ship across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, unless a specific delivery date has been agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days, subject to the courier company’s norms and operational timelines. Delivery to your location may vary based on pin code serviceability and courier schedules.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.

Liability for Delays

Colour of India shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. All deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges

If any shipping charges are levied at the time of order, the same are non-refundable.
