Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product purchased through our Platform.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be entertained. If your order is already out for delivery, you may choose to reject the shipment at the doorstep.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 12 hours of delivery. Your report must include a video and photograph of the damaged or defective product, sent to us at info@colourofindia.online. Once received, our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Wrong Item Received
If the product you received does not match the listing or your order, please bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty Claims
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by Colour of India, it will be processed and credited to you within 10–12 working days.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. If this period has passed, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
We replace items only if they are found to be defective or damaged at the time of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To place a return or exchange request, please send us an email at info@colourofindia.online with your order details and reason for return. Please note that certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds; such exemptions will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Return Inspection & Processing
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the status of your return or exchange. If the item passes quality inspection, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies and the applicable refund timeline.
